Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Prenza account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this:

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open Prenza → Profile → Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. This is the fastest option: your account is deactivated immediately, you're signed out, and you can no longer sign back in with that account.

Option 2 — By request (no app required)

If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we'll delete your account on your behalf.

Please send the request from (or clearly state) the email address on your Prenza account, so we can verify it's you. We process deletion requests within a reasonable time.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your profile (name, email, avatar, password)
Your preferences, interests, and followed sources/markets
Your watchlist, portfolios, holdings, and any connected brokerage link
Saved articles, reading history, and AI chat history
Price alerts, notification history, and daily briefings
Comments and other community activity

Some limited records may be retained briefly where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want to pause notifications or unsubscribe from Premium, you don't need to delete your account — manage those in Settings instead.
