These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Prenza mobile application and related services (the “Service”), operated by The Expert Community (“Prenza”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Prenza aggregates financial and general news, produces AI-assisted summaries and daily briefings, displays market data, and offers tools such as watchlists, portfolio tracking, alerts, research, and community features. Features may change, and some are available only with a paid subscription.
Parts of the Service use automated and AI systems to summarise articles and generate briefings and research. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or biased, and may not reflect the original source. Do not rely on it as a sole source of truth or as advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content.
Market data, quotes, and fundamentals are provided by third parties, may be delayed, and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or timely. If you choose to connect a brokerage account (via our partner SnapTrade), that connection is read-only and subject to the partner’s terms. Third-party content and links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for them.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. comments). By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it within the Service. You are responsible for your content, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Community features may be moderated and subject to rate limits.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by Prenza / The Expert Community and protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party article content belongs to its respective publishers. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prenza and The Expert Community will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prenza and The Expert Community from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings → Delete Account in the app, which permanently removes your account data. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for security or legal reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws provide otherwise for your jurisdiction.
